Job Summary

Key responsibilities include assisting the Driller to complete work safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will also assist with development-related tasks, perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance, and communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members to meet daily operational goals.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to safety, follows all site-specific procedures and environmental standards, and actively participates in hazard identification and workplace inspections.

Schedule & Site Information
  • 14/14 rotation
  • Rotating days and nights
  • 10.5-hour shifts
  • Client Approved Site Access required
Qualifications
  • Ontario Underground Hard Rock Common Core
  • Previous Longhole Drilling Exp. an asset
  • Ability to read and interpret ground support plans
  • Strong understanding of underground rehabilitation and safety practices
  • Willingness to complete pre-access testing as a condition of employment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
