Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily shift operations and equipment usage

• Train and ensure team competency and safety

• Monitor compliance with safety regulations

• Organize site crews and daily operations

• Conduct daily work planning and toolbox meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years as an Underground Shift Supervisor

• Must hold a current Underground Shift Supervisors Ticket

• Proven leadership and supervisory capabilities

• Valid Driver's Licence

• National Police Clearance and other necessary qualifications
