The ideal candidate will support the lead Construction Supervisor in various tasks, maintaining focus on safety and organization. You will use your expertise in carpentry, heavy lifting, and various installation techniques to contribute to high-quality construction projects. This full-time role involves a commitment to craftsmanship and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret and execute technical drawings and building plans
• Ensure precise alignment of structures using levels and squares
• Operate both power and hand tools for material shaping
• Frame buildings including walls, floors, and roofs
• Install doors, windows, cabinets, and flooring with precision
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s Licence for transport
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
• Keen attention to detail and clean work habits
• Secondary School education preferred
