The Planned Maintenance Coordinator plays a key role in fostering strong relationships with both customers and the customer service team. The position is responsible for effectively planning and coordinating for the maintenance department. They also support various departments by organizing and tracking maintenance activities, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective clients. This is an active job opening for a vacancy that currently needs to be filled.

• High school education required
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in customer service
• Experience with a current ERP system an asset
• Knowledge of industrial kitchen equipment is an asset
• Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability and proficiency in MS Office suite of applications
