Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with team members and OEM providers

• Log maintenance tasks into the CMMS accurately

• Mentor junior technicians and enhance team productivity

Requirements:

• High School Degree or equivalent

• Minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing

• Proficient in troubleshooting and using tools

• Strong communication skills in English

• Leadership qualities to guide junior team members
