North Landscape Foreman Position

This role requires a proactive leader with over four years of landscape construction experience. You’ll be responsible for running job sites, managing budgets, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Your ability to read plans and train apprentices will drive your crew to success, setting the standard in quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects from start to finish, including sequencing

• Direct and lead a crew of 2-5 individuals

• Act as the customer’s point of contact on-site

• Ensure jobs are completed on budget and on time

• Foster the growth of apprentices through training

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years in landscape construction

• Experience in site leadership, not just labor

• Valid BC driver's license with trailer towing experience

• Strong knowledge of multiple trades

• Calm, organized, and adaptable in changing situations
