Position: Facilities Technician for School Maintenance

In this position, you will be essential in maintaining school facilities and grounds, performing various tasks from plumbing to electrical work. Your ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and support groundskeeping ensures a welcoming and organized school environment. Collaboration with staff and external contractors will be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct repairs in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more

• Maintain organization of tools and materials for efficient service

• Inspect facilities for safety and maintenance needs

• Assist in general upkeep of outdoor and indoor spaces

• Report urgent issues to the Facilities team promptly

Requirements:

• Preferably from a maintenance or trade-related background

• Familiarity with various trades and safe tool usage

• Must be physically capable of manual labor

• Excellent communication skills

• Criminal record check required
