As an Electrical Journeyperson, you will be responsible for various installations, repairs, and maintenance, mainly in the Smithers and Witset area. Required tasks include working on solar PV systems, diagnosing electrical issues, and ensuring all work is compliant with safety standards. Flexibility and the ability to work at heights or in confined spaces are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair electrical systems, including solar components

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with testing devices

• Maintain system reliability through routine maintenance

• Collaborate with project teams for system integration

• Guide apprentices and document work progress

Requirements:

• Journeyman electrician license required

• Proficiency in electrical codes and blueprints

• Experience with solar installations is a plus

• Fall Protection Certification necessary

• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
