Position: Skilled Electrician for Solar Solutions
Elevate your career with Paradigm Solar as a Journeyman Electrician, specializing in solar energy installations. Engage in both independent and collaborative work while ensuring safety and quality.

In this role, you will focus on installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, specifically solar photovoltaic arrays and battery storage. The job will primarily take place in the Smithers and Witset areas, with occasional travel to other locations. You will need strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to safety practices, especially when working at heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain wiring, solar arrays, and inverters

• Troubleshoot electrical issues using specialized tools

• Conduct routine maintenance for system reliability

• Work collaboratively with other trades on projects

• Document work performed accurately for reporting

Requirements:

• Must possess a journeyman electrician license

• Strong understanding of electrical systems and codes

• Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints

• Heavy lifting capability required

• Fall Protection Certification is mandatory
