We are a dynamic team providing excellence and innovative services in the construction industry. As a Lead Carpenter, you will support the Construction Manager, ensuring all tasks move forward efficiently. Your expertise and attention to detail will help drive project completion and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow safety rules on all job sites
• Complete assigned carpentry tasks, including forming and framing
• Conduct thorough clean-up after tasks are completed
• Read and interpret site drawings effectively
• Understand general principles of subcontracted trades
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in renovations or new construction
• Valid BC Driver's License and personal vehicle
• Own PPE and personal tools
• Clear English communication skills
• Red Seal Carpentry Ticket or ability to challenge
