Become a part of Paradigm Solar as a Journeyman Electrician, specializing in solar photovoltaic and battery energy systems. Collaborate with a dedicated team while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

This electrical journeyperson role requires you to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, particularly in rooftop solar installations. Your work will largely occur in the Smithers and Witset areas, involving both solitary and cooperative tasks, including guiding apprentices and reporting directly to supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install electrical components as per blueprints and codes

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems efficiently

• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation

• Collaborate with other trades on system integrations

• Maintain accurate records of installations and repairs

Requirements:

• Valid journeyman electrician license essential

• Familiarity with electrical codes and technical diagrams

• Knowledge of solar energy systems preferred

• Ability to lift heavy materials during installations

• Certification for fall protection required
