As a Landscape Account Representative, you are the key contact for your clients, responsible for ensuring the maintenance of their properties meets our high standards. You'll lead three maintenance crews by managing schedules and training staff while coordinating with subcontractors for special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build lasting relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction
• Organize and manage maintenance crews effectively
• Ensure equipment and materials are available for crews
• Train staff in estate maintenance best practices
• Collaborate with the team for enhancement opportunities
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in horticulture and residential services
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role
• Post-secondary horticulture education is an asset
• Experience with irrigation systems preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
