Key Responsibilities:
• Select and secure legal agreements for telecommunication sites
• Negotiate for communication towers and network expansions
• Monitor project schedules and documentation
• Conduct municipal risk assessments per government processes
• Interpret development permit drawings for project needs
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in relevant sectors
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficient in Land and GIS systems, like Geo Warehouse
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
• Detail-oriented with effective organizational capabilities
