Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and plumbing installation inspections

• Attend and contribute to biweekly site meetings

• Act as the primary contact for builder inquiries

• Report on project status and issues encountered

• Issue necessary documentation including site deficiency reports

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in a related mechanical field

• Educational background in mechanical HVAC systems preferred

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Valid driver’s license required for BC
