This position demands an understanding of electromechanics and a commitment to customer service. Candidates will spend their time traveling to service equipment and must possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot food preparation and refrigeration equipment

• Provide service while communicating in both official languages

• Maintain a solid working relationship with clients

• Complete necessary paperwork and service documentation

• Be prepared for on-call and overtime responsibilities

Requirements:

• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written

• Completion of DEP in Electromechanics

• 3-5 years in a technical service role

• Valid gas fitter license (Tag 1 or Tag 2 is a plus)

• Clean driving record and travel readiness
