Support Avidbots' groundbreaking robot technology as a Field Service Technician. This exciting role involves servicing Neo while building relationships with clients predominantly in the Vancouver area.
As a crucial member of the Avidbots team, you will combine your technical skills with a strong customer service approach. Your responsibility will focus on diagnosing issues with our robots and educating customers on the effective usage of Neo. Building trust with customers and providing superior support will be essential to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver on-site and remote support for our robot technology
• Establish strong relationships with customers
• Communicate technical information to users effectively
• Create training materials and educate clients
• Document all service details and customer interactions
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in a technical field, such as mechanics
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities with hands-on experience
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
• Proficient in customer service interactions
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changes
