Role SummaryPTW is hiring a Journeyman Pipefitter to join our team in the Vancouver Area This role is ideal for a certified tradesman ready to take on a leadership position, guiding crews and ensuring safe, high-quality execution of piping projects. You will play a key role in interpreting drawings, coordinating field activities, and setting standards for safety and craftsmanship on-site.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support a crew of pipe fitters to ensure safe and efficient project execution
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide installation and repair work
- Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades on-site
- Ensure all work meets safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to crew members
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and stakeholders
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on all job sites
- Journeyman Pipefitter certification
- Minimum 5+ years of pipe fitting experience
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork
- Valid First Aid certification
- ESC Fall Protection certification
- H2S Alive certification
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Must be local to the Lower Mainland, BC area
- Shift: Monday to Friday
- Overtime:
