You will work independently to complete tasks efficiently while mentoring less experienced trades, ensuring every project meets exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete a variety of renovation tasks with quality focus
• Lead by example and support crew members
• Read and comprehend architectural drawings accurately
• Ensure job safety and site organization
• Collaborate with project managers for smooth operations
Requirements:
• 12+ years of comprehensive construction experience
• Proven expertise in custom residential projects
• Ability to operate independently and guide small teams
• Strong problem-solving capabilities on-site
• Must own tools and have a valid BC Driver's License
