Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC, for Glaziers and apprentices. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, repairing, and replacing glass, windows, and doors in commercial and residential settings. Team members measure, and fit glass and related materials, handle sealants and hardware, and ensure installations meet safety and building code standards. The role involves working with hand and power tools, reading and interpreting drawings or specifications, and collaborating with supervisors and other trades on job sites.

Apprentices will support experienced glaziers, learn trade practices, and participate in ongoing training while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Qualifications   Practical skills and experience with window and glazing systems, including installation and repair.
Knowledge of door installation and related hardware, with attention to fit, function, and safety.
Experience or familiarity with glass work is an asset, particularly in handling and fitting various glass types.
Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and respect for client property.
Ability to read and follow plans, measurements, and specifications with strong attention to detail.
Comfort working at heights and in variable weather conditions, with a commitment to safety practices and PPE use.
Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver glass and materials and to stand, climb, and bend throughout the day.
Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work as part of a team; prior glazing or construction experience is an asset.
Willingness to participate in apprenticeship training or relevant certification programs.
