Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct repairs including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC

• Inspect facilities and address maintenance issues

• Prepare rental units for new resident turnovers

• Comply with safety protocols and regulations

• Quickly respond to emergency situations

Requirements:

• One year of customer service or maintenance experience

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

• Ability to manage various maintenance tasks

• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays

• Excellent interpersonal skills
