This remote role involves delivering high-quality flooring projects for our customers, who trust us for our unique shop-at-home model. You will utilize your five years of flooring installation experience to work well with customers while maintaining company standards. Attention to detail and organization will be key as you handle tools and interact with clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prep and install flooring per company procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Review project files before arrival
• Handle machinery and power tools properly
• Ensure high-quality standards in every installation
Requirements:
• 5 years of flooring installation experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable performing various physical activities
• Must pass a background check
