Commercial Roofing Technician

With over 90 years in the industry, Tremco CPG and WTC are expanding their team. This role requires at least 2 years of commercial roofing experience, particularly with flat or low-slope systems. You will conduct inspections, maintenance, and oversee the installation of various roofing systems under the guidance of a foreman.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install a range of low-slope roofing systems
• Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics
• Ensure compliance with safety policies
• Communicate findings and recommendations
• Operate tools and equipment safely
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years in commercial roofing
• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel 25%-35% within the region
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
