Head of Distribution

Lead Gopher's distribution strategy in Canada, focusing on building a robust channel ecosystem from the ground up. Seek out partnerships within the Chinese HNW community in Toronto and Vancouver.

As Head of Distribution, you will create and maintain strategic networks, targeting IFAs, family offices, and private banks.

Your role involves ensuring compliance with Canadian regulations and enhancing brand visibility in the Chinese financial markets. You'll lead a local team, manage channel P&L, and report directly to headquarters as the business evolves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build Canada’s channel ecosystem from scratch

• Develop HNW client networks in Vancouver and Toronto

• Ensure compliance with Canadian regulations

• Enhance brand awareness through industry events

• Scale the local team in line with business growth

Requirements:

• 12+ years in wealth management or channel development

• Fluent in English and Mandarin

• Hold a relevant Canadian financial license

• Experience with alternative investment products is preferred

• Entrepreneurial mindset to create from zero
