Position: Trulioo Automation Strategy Manager
Be a leader in automation strategy with Trulioo as our next Automation Strategy Manager. Spearhead initiatives that blend continuous improvement with cutting-edge technology in a hybrid workspace.

This role encapsulates driving enterprise-wide automation and continuous improvement projects aimed at redefining operational efficiency across the organization. You will assess processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop business cases that highlight potential ROI, enabling growth and risk mitigation. Familiarity with automation tools like Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and map current state processes to drive improvements

• Develop automation strategies that align with business objectives

• Lead teams in implementing automation tools and solutions

• Monitor outcomes with clear KPIs and dashboards

• Collaborate across departments for effective project execution

Requirements:

• 8–10+ years in process optimization or automation leadership

• Deep experience with automation technologies and methodologies

• Proven track record in process redesign projects

• Strong analytical capability with business case development skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
