• High volume invoice processing
• Reviewing invoices and supporting documentation
• Coding invoices to the correct accounts
• Matching invoices to purchase orders and related paperwork
• Maintaining and reconciling accounts payable records
• Reviewing vendor statements and researching discrepancies
• Following up with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues
• Supporting payment processing and related A/P functions
• Assisting with additional accounting support as needed
• Maintaining accurate records and organized documentation

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• ERP experience or exposure
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to work well in a team environment
