Billing/Contracts Administrator
We are seeking a Billing/Contracts Administrator who is detail‑oriented, reliable, and committed to doing things the right way. This role supports the financial operations of the company through accurate processing, reporting, and communication.

Wage: $25-$30 per hour / DOE + generous benefits package
Key Responsibilities- Billing & Invoicing – contract progress / retention billings, GMP billings using Viewpoint (Vista), T&M and service billings, project closeout and archiving in Viewpoint.
- Accounts Receivable – monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, collect past‑due T&M/service billings, track billing and collection of retention, support escalation of accounts over 60 days past due.
- Accounts Payable Support (as needed) – assist with invoice entry and coding, ensure proper documentation and approvals, support vendor communication and issue resolution.
- Contract & Compliance Support – assist with job cost reporting for Project Managers, set up new jobs in Viewpoint and internal systems, maintain reseller permits and project documentation, market recovery reporting, backup support for bonding requests and bids, subcontractor compliance.
- General Accounting – assist with GL coding and reconciliation, support month‑end close, maintain organized documentation.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field) – REQUIRED
- Familiarity with General Ledger (GL) accounting – REQUIRED
- Construction accounting experience – REQUIRED
- Experience with Viewpoint Vista – a plus
