Job Description
This position manages and collects a portfolio of Supplier accounts within approved corporate guidelines including collection calls/e-mails to delinquent accounts, as assigned by the Supplier A/R Manager.
SalarySalary: $23.00 - $25.00 depending on experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Manage and issue routine monthly invoices for all suppliers in an assigned portfolio, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Create and issue monthly statements to all suppliers in the assigned portfolio.
- Maintain current, accurate, and well documented communications for all assigned suppliers.
- Invoice suppliers for miscellaneous charges as requested by the sales team.
- Research and resolve open issues on supplier accounts in a timely manner to clean A/R accounts.
- Apply payments timely and accurately; research any variances in payment and follow up with Pricing and Sales as needed to resolve.
- Maintain accurate contact documentation on each assigned account.
- Bring all concerns to manager, including unapproved charges on the account, CG/EF/LMF deductions, recommended write-offs, and supplier reps delaying the payment process.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Perform other duties and work projects assigned by manager.
- Experience in the beverage industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and 10-key.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be detail oriented, with problem solving ability, and strong organization skills.
