Contract Deal Clerk - Accounting I

McCord's Vancouver Toyota is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Contract Deal Clerk to join our Business Office. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly, and take pride in accuracy, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Review deal jackets for completeness and accuracy.

Process and post vehicle sales contracts.

Verify required documentation for funding and compliance.

Work closely with the Business Office to resolve missing or incorrect paperwork.

Posting vehicle funding and maintain organized deal files.

Ensure compliance with dealership policies, lender requirements, DMV regulations, and manufacturer standards.

Assist with month-end deadlines and payroll cutoff processing.

Maintain accurate records and communicate professionally with internal departments.

Previous dealership accounting or contract clerk experience preferred.

Experience with Dealer track DMS is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
