Key Responsibilities For The Senior Accountant- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Perform inventory accounting, standard costing, and manufacturing cost analysis
- Partner with operations and leadership to improve financial performance and cost efficiency
- Assist with audits, compliance activities, and internal controls
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Manufacturing accounting experience required
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and inventory/cost accounting
