Overview
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and corporate support sector, is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Executive Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be an integral part of the administrative support team, providing essential assistance to upper executive level employees. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent communication skills, which will enable you to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Perform tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for senior executives
- Maintain key records and compile data for reports
- Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and meetings for upper management
- Prepare expense reports and executive presentations
- Make travel arrangements and assist with budget-related administrative tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- Minimum of 9+ years of relevant administrative experience
- Advanced skills in administrative software and tools
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and issues simultaneously
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
