The Team Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Executive Director’s office, working closely with senior leadership and colleagues to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of daily operations.

Working Environment and Reporting Line

The Executive Director’s office is a high‑profile, results‑driven environment that engages extensively with senior World Bank management, staff across WBG institutions, and external stakeholders. These include government ministries, embassies, private sector representatives, non‑governmental organizations, and academic institutions from the countries represented.

The Team Assistant will work alongside an Alternate Executive Director, Senior Advisors, Advisors, a Senior Executive Assistant, and a Program Assistant
