Position: Administrative Assistant 3

Join AZAD as an Administrative Assistant and
provide a wide range of administrative and confidential support as well as data entry and tracking for the Internal Operations organization.

This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is full time on-site based in Vancouver, WA with onsite 5 days per week.

The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.93) is $33.00 to $37.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration/Management, Business Administration/Management, or a related field is preferred.

6 years of demonstrated administrative/clerical experience is required.

4 or more years of relevant work experience in administrative support functions with Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Intermediate to advanced skills/experience with SharePoint or a similar system sufficient to:

Support, manage, edit and maintain site.

Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID is required.
