Overview
Join AZAD as an Administrative Assistant and provide a wide variety of professional and confidential administrative support as well as data entry to the facility’s organization. This position will support all managers & supervisors as well as providing administrative guidance, org information, and assistance to team members and other internal organization personnel. This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment.
This position is full time on site based in Vancouver, WA with on site 5 days per week. The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.93) is $38.48 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.
Provide confidential administrative support, data entry, and administrative guidance to managers and staff. Assist with organization and scheduling and supporting internal organization personnel. Maintain office systems and support team members, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration/Management, Business Administration/Management, or related field preferred. - 6 years of demonstrated administrative/clerical experience required.
- 4 or more years of relevant work experience in administrative support functions with Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Intermediate to advanced skills/experience with SharePoint or a similar system sufficient to support, manage, edit, and maintain site.
- Valid driver’s license or RealID is required.
