About the OpportunityLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established organization in Vancouver, WA, to identify an experienced Executive Assistant for a temporary assignment. This role will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, helping ensure efficient day-to-day operations, effective communication, and seamless coordination across multiple departments.
DetailsDuration: 3–6 month temporary assignment (potential for conversion to permanent)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $35.00–$43.00 per hour
Responsibilities- Provide executive-level administrative support to leadership and department heads
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event planning as needed
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with document preparation, recordkeeping, and data management
- Support project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Track deadlines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple departments
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with general office administration and operational support
- Provide additional administrative assistance as needed to support business objectives
- 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar high-level administrative role
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders and managing multiple priorities
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
