About the Opportunity

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established organization in Vancouver, WA, to identify an experienced Executive Assistant for a temporary assignment. This role will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, helping ensure efficient day-to-day operations, effective communication, and seamless coordination across multiple departments.

Details

Duration: 3–6 month temporary assignment (potential for conversion to permanent)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation: $35.00–$43.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level administrative support to leadership and department heads
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event planning as needed
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
  • Assist with document preparation, recordkeeping, and data management
  • Support project coordination and follow-up on action items
  • Track deadlines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple departments
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with general office administration and operational support
  • Provide additional administrative assistance as needed to support business objectives
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar high-level administrative role
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders and managing multiple priorities
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
