Lexus of Vancouver is currently looking for a Sales & Finance Assistant to join their team.
ResponsibilitiesThe Sales & Finance Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Dealership’s Sales and Finance teams, ensuring accurate, audit‑ready documentation and efficient funding processes.
- Coordinate inventory and ensure documentation accuracy for all sales and finance documents.
- Prepare, print, upload, and distribute documents requiring customer signatures, including electronic signature packages.
- Review finance‑related documents for completeness, accuracy, and required signatures.
- Scan, index, and file sales and finance documents according to record‑retention requirements.
- Submit completed deals to lenders promptly to support funding.
- Monitor funding status and work with Sales and the Business Office to address lender stipulations, documentation discrepancies, or delays.
- Communicate directly with lender partners to resolve conditions, questions, or re‑contracting requirements.
- Maintain organized, audit‑ready deal files.
- Provide administrative support to Sales Managers and teams.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a dealership or retail environment (preferred).
- Proficiency in desktop tools, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with or ability to learn sales processes, vehicle inventory systems, and related workflow tools.
- Experience reviewing and improving processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity.
- Basic accounting knowledge and bookkeeping software skills are a plus.
$23.00–$28.50 per hour (depending on experience).
ScheduleFlexible retail hours required.
