The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for our CEO/Visionary. They should be well-organized and comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with necessary meeting preparations. The candidate should enjoy making order out of chaos. The candidate will be part of every aspect of the business, including, but not limited to, accounting, estimating, project management, manufacturing, and sales.
This person should be professional, but white collars need not apply. We are a construction company after all.
- Calendar management for executives
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Take an idea and figure out how to make it happen
- Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents
- Very Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
