The ideal candidate will perform administrative duties and front desk receptionist responsibilities in-person at our Vancouver, WA office. The candidate should bring a friendly attitude, discretion, reliability, and strong communication skills. Support for our business growth and accounting department includes processing invoices, transactions, expenses, and updating our accounting database, providing opportunities to grow your accounting knowledge and experience.
Primary Duties:- Accounts Payable Matching & Entry
- Subcontract Compliance and Certificates of Insurance
- Managing statements and troubleshooting invoice discrepancies
- Printing and matching credit card receipts
- Performing other duties as needed
Pay Range: $20-$30/hr DOE
Qualifications:- 1-2 years' experience in Construction Accounting
- 1-2 years’ experience as a receptionist or front desk
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented
This position is in-person.
