Full Life Care is a not-for-profit organization established in 1980 dedicated to improving the quality of life for adults and their caregivers. The organization supports adults with chronic illnesses and disabilities regardless of income.

Job Overview

Contracts & Programs Administrator supporting the Seattle team in a hybrid role. Works with senior leadership to implement new processes, programs, and policies.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor contract processing and execution.
  • Prepare necessary documents for new or renewed contracts with private and governmental contractors.
  • Update records of all correspondence related to contract activity and maintain a file for each contract, including originals, correspondence, changes, amendments, clarifications, and payment schedules.
  • Perform contract closure activities and update the Teams Contract Tracking folder.
  • Maintain electronic files on certificates of liability insurance, business licenses, and documents required for contract award or renewal.
  • Review and ensure timely renewal of business licenses and annual SAM registration updates.
  • Coordinate with insurance representatives for claim filing and monitoring of COIs for contractors.
  • Work with Program Directors to ensure contract renewal.
  • Maintain Iron Mountain Records Management, including file preparation, recording for archiving, retrieval, and destruction.
  • Maintain electronic documentation of stored records.
  • Perform general office machine maintenance and manage postage meters at all sites.
  • Maintain general office supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years of business-related work experience and willingness to learn.
  • Detail-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
  • Dedication to completing projects.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $28-30 per hour DOE. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401(k) with match, and more.
