Duties

  • Provide assistance on a variety of administrative functions such as personnel administration, human resources, training, travel, and budget functions essential to the efficient operation of the Branch.
  • Serve as a team lead for the Branch administrative team personnel, responsible for assisting with training team members, and workload management of branch administrative tasks.
  • Provide support for a variety of administrative/management services essential to the direction and operation of the Branch such as assisting in studies, statistical reports, preparation of personnel actions, and tracking performance evaluations.
  • Serve as liaison between supervisors, administrative officer, budget, and office staff as well as other organizations within the District.
  • Assist the Administrative Officer as an action officer on personnel and recruitment actions, budget management, and awards program. Provides follow-up and feedback as well as thorough documentation including regularly updating tracking documents.
