Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Accounting & Office Assistant to support the day-to-day functioning of our main office. This would be a role with varied tasks, inside and outside of the office. General responsibilities would include:
1.Accounts payable assistance and data entryA/P data entry and processing, assisting with basic accounting tasks, and supporting financial reporting. Experience using accounting systems and Excel is essential for this role, and a foundational understanding of accounting concepts, such as debits and credits, Balance Sheet, and P&L is highly desirable.
2.Office organization and resource managementMail handling, paperwork filing, expense tracking, supply sourcing, production of marketing materials, maintenance of records and filing systems, coordinating with staff and vendors, and assisting with special projects.
3.Out-of-office operational support workReal estate oversight, resource sourcing and procurement, assorted errands, and local travel to ranch/agricultural activities in southern Oregon.
Ownership plans on allocating time and resources to training. Ideal candidate would display motivation and focus to steadily grow into a more operational role in the firm, with increased management responsibilities.
The ideal candidate demonstrates reliability and professionalism, with consistent punctuality and strong attendance. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can prioritize effectively and work under the direction of multiple supervisors.
ScheduleMonday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional after-hours and limited weekend work in exceptional circumstances.
Qualifications- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
- College degree preferred but significant experience will be considered.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check prior to employment.
$20.00–$24.00 per hour.
Vacation/Paid Time Off (PTO). Paid Holidays (major U.S. holidays).
Car Allowance & Phone Allowance provided.
