We are a close-knit team. We offer a competitive base salary plus commission, averaging between $70,000 - $100,000+ per year, based on experience. This full-time Auto Service Advisor position typically works between the hours of 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Some overtime will be required.
In this role, you are the cornerstone of our customers' experiences as we service and repair their cars. You greet customers, discuss the services they need, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion. You keep customers updated as services are in progress, and you follow up after repairs to ensure satisfaction. You take pride in helping customers receive the best possible auto care.
