Tire Technician - Vancouver Brush Prairie

Overview

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

• Install and maintain tires and wheels
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires
• Attach and rebalance wheels
• Install, rebuild, relearn, and calibrate TPMS
• Wash tires and wheels
• Test and install batteries
• Use and maintain equipment
• Assist other employees
• Test drive vehicles
• Operate service vehicles to perform off‑site and emergency road services
• Provide excellent customer service, promote store sales, and use the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid‑pace environment
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35 and 75 pounds
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking, and standing

Hourly wage: $16.50 – $26.45 (full‑time positions after eligibility criteria are met). Higher minimum wage applies in applicable locations.
