Casey's Point S Tire & Auto Service in Vancouver, WA is hiring a full‑time Automotive Service Advisor to serve as liaison between customers and mechanics.
Your compensation will be a competitive salary plus commission, averaging between $70,000 – $100,000+ per year, based on experience.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISORYou greet customers and actively listen to service needs, create orders, and hand them to technicians. You keep customers updated during repairs and follow up upon completion to ensure satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical issues in layman’s terms
- Strong active listening skills
- Team player in a fast‑paced environment
Full‑time, Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM; some overtime may be required.
