We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Body Shop Estimator to join our team. This position involves reviewing damage with customers, providing accurate answers to customer questions, explaining repair needs in a clear and professional manner, educating and negotiating with customers and insurance adjusters on the repair requirements for various vehicle makes and models. Average monthly pay of $8,000-$10,000.
- Competitive Salary: $1,500/mo salary plus 8.5% commission on individual parts and labor gross profit.

At least 6 paid holidays per year to Estimators subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements.
- Greet and assist walk-in and scheduled customers, providing initial damage assessments and handling scheduled and unscheduled vehicle drops to ensure streamlined customer service.
- Prepare front-end estimates using CCC ONE or Mitchell.

- Obtain pre-approvals from insurance companies and ensure that the estimates match initial approvals.
- Follow up with insurance on supplements to review, negotiate and obtain approval after the vehicle has been torn down and blueprinted.
- Communicate effectively with customers throughout the repair process, giving updates on vehicle repair status.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the estimating and repair process.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- At least three years of experience in a collision estimating role.
- Advanced knowledge of collision repair processes is required.
- General Experience With CCC ONE Estimating Software Is Required.
- Proficiency with computers and a strong ability to learn new software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to research repair procedures with ALLDATA, OE websites or other systems.
- A valid driver's license is required.
