Automotive Technician - Lexus of Vancouver

Position Overview

Lexus of Vancouver is seeking skilled Automotive Technicians to join their service team. The role involves routine service, diagnosing and completing repairs on customer vehicles, and maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of automotive systems.

• Conduct routine service and diagnose and complete repairs on customer vehicles.
• Maintain knowledge of automotive systems and explain systems and repairs to others.
• Estimate time of service or repair jobs for efficient scheduling.
• Determine parts requirements and communicate them via repair orders.
• Follow approved procedures for conducting service and repairs.
• Comply with quality control and inspection requirements of the Service Department.

• Lexus, Toyota, or other high‑line experience and certification strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ year dealer‑level or large‑facility experience.
• Current valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to stay current through technical training and shop manuals.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

$25–$46 per job at flat rate, based on experience and certifications.
