This role offers a salary range of $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE).

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Help keep HOA communities organized, compliant, and running smoothly day to day.
  • Communicate with homeowners and board members through emails, notices, and community updates.
  • Support board meetings by helping prepare agendas, packets, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Participate in occasional community walk-throughs and document items that need attention.
  • Keep homeowner records, governing documents, and insurance information up to date.
  • Partner closely with HOA Portfolio Managers to solve problems and support well-managed communities.
What We’re Looking For
  • You're organized, professional, and enjoy working with people.
  • You bring one year or more of experience in an office, administrative, or customer service environment.
  • You communicate clearly, stay on top of details, and manage multiple priorities with confidence.
  • You're comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • You're dependable, team-oriented, and ready to grow into a long-term career in HOA.
  • You have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and consistent attendance.
