Operations Analyst

Overview

Join AZAD as an Operations Analyst and provide support and assistance to the Personnel and Information Security organization. This position will perform a variety of program analysis efforts, participate in improvement initiatives, offer recommendations, and implementation support, and may serve as project management support for special program initiatives. This position will facilitate and coordinate special program focus areas (such as Access Revocation, Badging and Access Issuance, Light Activation and Credentialing systems, Field Activator, etc.)

and serve as back-up support for the organization's Program Support Specialist duties. While this position will provide a wide range of analysis and perform a variety of other operational functions, they will also be expected to perform the duties related to onboarding, badging and access issuance and revocation, assist with audits and assessments.

• Perform a variety of program analysis efforts, participate in improvement initiatives, offer recommendations, and provide implementation support.
• Provide project management support for special program initiatives as needed.
• Facilitate and coordinate special program focus areas (e.g., Access Revocation, Badging and Access Issuance, Light Activation and Credentialing systems, Field Activator).
• Serve as back-up for the Program Support Specialist duties.
• Perform duties related to onboarding, badging and access issuance and revocation, and assist with audits and assessments.

• Two year plus consultant position with high probability of long term continued employment.
• Hybrid work arrangement in Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR with onsite 2 days per week.

• Hourly pay rate range: $33.00 to $39.00 (includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.93).
• Compensation is based on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

• A degree in business or management, organizational development, criminal justice or a directly related field is preferred.
• 2 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.
• 4 years of experience is required with an applicable associate degree.
• 6 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
• Experience should include business and operational analysis with progressively more technical responsibilities.
• Prior experience with collection of fingerprints and use of fingerprinting systems, and access control systems.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License/Real  required.
• Preferred:
  Knowledge and experience with federal credentialing processes and requirements.
• Knowledge of Personnel Security, Access Control, or NERC CIP compliance policies and processes.
• Experience researching and maintaining proficiency in Identity, Credential and Access Management tools and trends, as well as NERC CIP and other regulatory compliance.
