Responsibilities
Provide confidential program and administrative support, including data entry, tracking, and coordination of vendor deliveries to warehouse and field locations. Support logistics operations related to the disposal of excess property and materials. Focus on administrative office support, materials and inventory coordination, or asset recovery functions, with cross‑training to serve as backup across multiple logistics and operations areas.
Position Details2+ year consultant position, full‑time onsite five days weekly in Vancouver, Washington.
Hourly pay rate range $20.00–$30.00 depending on qualifications and experience.
Qualifications- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Operations or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Operations or related field
- With a Bachelor's degree: 2 years directly related experience
- With an Associate’s degree: 4 years directly related experience
- No degree: 6 years directly related experience
- Experience consistent with program support and progressively more technical in nature
- Valid U.S. REAL r’s License required
- 3 years of workplace experience in mid/high‑level compliance, procedural and process‑driven Customer Service or Operational Support positions
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word Visio and MS Project; able to use formulas, manipulate data and create charts
- Intermediate to Advanced skills/experience with SharePoint sufficient to support, manage, edit and maintain a site
- High degree of confidentiality
- Experience in an integrated office environment managing program compliance, customer service and information sharing
- Demonstrated editing and proofreading skills
