Compensation Breakdown:

- Quarterly performance bonus tied to KPIs.

- 5+ years mechanical experience (small engines, diesel, trailers, hydraulics).
- Prior shop management, fleet supervisor, or service foreman experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record. CDL or willing to get one.
- Comfortable with software. We run Service Autopilot.
- English required. Spanish is a strong plus.
- You treat trucks, tools, and the shop like they're your own.
- Skilled mechanic and clear manager. You can wrench on a Kubota in the morning and run a tight 1-on-1 in the afternoon.
- Disorganization bothers you. A messy shop is a problem you can't walk past.
- You hold people accountable without being a jerk.
- You move fast and finish what you start.
- Maintain labeled storage, assigned parking, and strict daily/weekly cleaning standards.
- Prevent waste with inventory controls, reorder tracking, and duplicate‑purchase checks.
- Manage daily tool checkout/check‑in and track all missing or damaged equipment by crew.
- Run weekly audits and enforce compliance before crews leave the shop.
- Track PM schedules and hour meters for all equipment in Service Autopilot.
- Triage all repairs within 4 hours and maintain a visible repair queue.
- Document repair details and elevate/send out repairs not resolved within 48 hours.
- Oversee weekly washes, monthly deep details, and daily equipment cleanliness standards.
- Inspect work quality and enforce crew accountability for end‑of‑day cleanup.
- Require crew leaders to complete daily truck, tool, and cleanliness sign‑offs.
- Track performance through weekly scorecards and hold crews until standards are met.
- Coordinate next‑day job staging with PMs and lead daily/weekly team communication.
- Track fleet compliance, fuel use, and safety equipment across all vehicles.
- Lead monthly safety efforts and plan for equipment replacement/capital needs.
