We’re looking for a driven Account Manager Assistant to join our team at Trend where marketing and relationships are our top priority.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for learning about marketing and technology and how it pertains to Trend and its partners. An appetite for growth is essential. Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Being a quick learner with a strong technical aptitude will ensure success in this role.

Account Manager Assistant Responsibilities
  • Assist marketing team with daily tasks.
  • Serve as a point of contact relating to client concerns, needs and optimizations.
  • Learn to understand Lead Generation industry and service offerings of Trend.
  • Learn how ad creatives and marketing data work together to improve campaign results.
  • Identify current and potential business opportunities within each client account.
  • Participate in teamwork with a growth mindset.
  • Work with internal teams to meet goals and increase profitability.
  • Complete onboarding process and paperwork for clients.
  • Pull reports and compile data based on KPIs.
  • Utilize our proprietary platform along with other platforms for any tech integrations and customizations.
Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Team oriented but can be an independent player.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems, Microsoft Office suite, and other productivity applications.
  • Basic coding skills such as HTML.
  • Ability to analyze data, trends, and performance metrics to derive insights and support decision-making processes.
  • College degree preferred, not required.
  • Being meticulous and thorough in handling data, documentation, and client information to avoid errors and ensure accuracy.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Aptitude for identifying issues, analyzing situations, and proposing effective solutions to address client needs and challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and terminology can be beneficial for tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.
  • Driven and proactive.
